Maine 101:

Is an 8 week program that helps young people learn about the inner workings of their local government and trains them in the civic engagement tools they need to make change in their towns.

This winter the Maine League of Young Voters Education Fund will be hosting sessions in Lewiston/Auburn and in Portland. Contact nicola@theleague.com to volunteer or participate.

Voting: The Real Deal:

The Maine League of Young Voters Education Fund are currently recruiting volunteers to help the League develop a voting rights curriculum for high schools through which we can register high school students to vote, and encourage them to get more involved in their community.
